Phone Installation
We take time to ensure that your phone cutover goes smoothly.  There is a lot of communication with the customer before each and every telephone installation.  We have a mandatory design session that needs to be completed before the technician is able to go onsite for an install.  This details exactly where each phone goes, how the phones are set to ring, what happens after hours, recordings etc.  We take a little more time up front but the result is a much cleaner install and a happier customer experience.

At Clear Choice Telephone it's never "how long till you can be here" but "how soon can we expect you?" With over 300 technicians nationwide and over 50 in the Atlanta area alone, there are very few places we can't go and even fewer systems we can't service. If one of our systems goes down, we'll have a reliable technician on site to repair it promptly. We generally handle MAC (move, add or change) orders in 48 hours. The industry standard for this type of service is 72 hours. In emergencies, we have a technician on site usually within 4 hours.
