Although we are a vendor neutral company, we do lead with two brands of phone systems.  We evaluate each customer's wants and needs before making a recommendation, and many times either ShoreTel or ESI is our solution.

We spend time getting to know what our customers are looking for in a new system.  After our consultation, we are better equipped to make a recommendation to meet their needs.

VoIP is a hot topic these days, and for good reason.  There are a lot of benefits that can be achieved with the right provider.  We interviewed Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Mitel, and others before we decided on ShoreTel.  Once we saw the difference in their architecture versus the competition we were convinced this was the provider we wanted to champion.  We thought the ShoreTel solution was too good to be true, but we have been thrilled that they are all they promised and more.

There are a couple of reasons why ESI is our choice for the small business.

They have the easiest to use system in the industry (under 75 users).  They have taken advice from Resellers and incorporated those suggestions into their product line for a truly intuitive phone system. 

In the under 75 station market, ESI gives you the best bang for the buck.  There are more features that are easier to use than the competition.  The system is simple for a customer to learn how to self administer, saving our customers money over time in post sale maintenance calls.
